A 6-week group program for artists, creators and sensitive souls who want to liberate their inner artist through dance, somatic movement and embodied expression.

Journey from the head to the body

This program is not about learning how to make art. Instead it’s about liberating the artist that’s already inside you.

Over the course of 6 weeks, we will create a safe and intimate group space where your body becomes the gateway to your creativity.

Together, we will explore:

  • Somatic Movement: Reconnect with your body and your senses, to release stored tension and get your creative juices flowing.

  • Intuitive and Creative Dance: Find your own rhythm, vocabulary and ways into movement, while moving beyond the fear of being seen.

  • Embodied Expression: Translate your inner world into outward expression—whether through dance, movement, sharing your thoughts, or starting a new project.

  • Co-Witnessing: Experience the power of witnessing others and being witnessed yourself by a supportive group of like-minded women.

  • Integration: Dedicated space for emotional processing and weekly prompts to weave your experiences into your daily life.
